Q) Can I stop by anytime for a tour?
A) No, you must schedule an appointment for a tour.

 

Q) Does the rental include Linens, Serving Utensils, Centerpieces, Backdrop or Arches?
A) No. The lessee must provide their own accessories for their event.

 

Q) Can we have a live band?
A) Yes, you may hire music entertainment. See vendor resources

 

Q) Can we have a DJ?
A) Yes, there are several local DJ in the area.

 

Q) What is required to reserve a date?
A) A deposit payment and signed agreement contract is required to reserve a date.

 

Q) Can I pay to reserve my event over the phone?
A) No.  A deposit is required of half the payment and a signed contract of the venue agreement. The deposit fee depends if the venue is rented on a weekday or weekend.

 

Q) Is there a kitchen?
A) Yes, there is prep kitchen that includes a sink, refrigerator, ice machine, coffee pot. It does not include a stove.

 

Q) How late can we stay?
A) Midnight 12:00am, there are no overnight rental time frames.

 

Q) I am worried about having enough time to set up? Can I have more time for set up?
A) Yes. If you need additional time to set up your event, we have options available for additional fees. Based on availability, you may purchase an additional day or by the hour.

 

Q) How much parking do you have?
A) We have on-site parking available and overflow parking on the adjacent property if needed.

 

Q) We want to play a slide show or video on the Heritage Hills projector, what do we need to do?
A) Schedule an appointment with the London Laurel County Tourism office to confirm your equipment is compatible  prior to your event. An HDMI cord is required to connect to devices.

 

Q) What happens if state or local guidelines reduces event gatherings due to COVID restrictions?

A) Heritage Hills Banquet Hall and Theater follows CDC guidelines and follows national, state, and local health recommendations. If COVID related guidelines prevents your event from happening, you will have a choice of a refund or to reschedule your event based an scheduling availability.

 

Q) Can I have alcohol to my event?
A)  Please follow Kentucky State Alcoholic Beverage laws.
