Join us for a weekend of shopping and supporting small businesses in London the weekend of Thanksgiving as we usher in the holiday season! On Nov. 25 from 5 PM- 7PM, pick up your free Shop Local Coupon at the London Farmers Market and enjoy $10 off at the following participating businesses starting Friday, Nov. 28-Dec. 2. 

Each time you visit a participating business, you’ll earn a chance to win a $1,000 prize package! The more businesses you visit, the more entries you’ll have, no purchase necessary. Ask store associates how to register.

Join us on November 30 from 8 AM to 4 PM at the London Community Center for the Mistletoe Market, a holiday makers market featuring unique, homemade products perfect for your Christmas gift list. Entry is free, but for just $5, get an Early Shopper’s Pass and shop from 8 AM to 10 AM for first picks on all the goodies. The first 100 early shoppers also receive: A $10 voucher to use at any vendor booth and a shopping tote bag. Passes can be purchased ahead of time HERE or at the door.

The Lights Around London Christmas Driving Tour features dozens of homeowners and businesses all over London-Laurel County. Visitors are encouraged to vote for their favorite light display via Venmo, with proceeds benefiting London’s Shop with a Cop Chapter. Join us as we light the Town Center Christmas Tree on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.  Live Music begins at 6 PM.  Tree Lighting at 7 PM. Town Center Park in downtown London, Kentucky is a Christmas destination for the entire family, see our interactive Christmas tree, beautiful Christmas decorations, and thousands of lights every day starting at 6:00 PM, a show will start every 30 minutes.

London Downtown and London Tourism & Parks are proud to announce the return of the Christmas Book Walk! Downtown London will host stops this year where children & adults can hear a Christmas story read by a local business owner as part of the Christmas on Main festivities on Friday, December 6. For over 30 years, The Randy Smith Christmas on Main Parade has welcomed the Christmas season to London for a night time parade of twinkling lights and joyous sounds. This years theme is Hope Lights the Way. Help us celebrate the promise and the warmth of the season with glowing lights, joyful music, and stories that lift the heart. Embrace the true spirit of hope by sharing the original Christmas Story, or draw inspiration from shining stars, guiding lights, and classic holiday movies, tales, and songs. Not interested in sticking to the theme? No problem! Have fun, be creative, and remember: the more lights, the merrier! Enjoy the sounds of your favorite Christmas classics at the London Community Orchestra Christmas Concert. This concert will be held on Saturday, December 7th at 7 PM at First Baptist Church. The London Community Orchestra Christmas Concert is a local favorite! You won’t want to miss this incredible show.

The Southeast Kentucky Community Christmas Chorus is a group of singers from London, Corbin, and surrounding areas that have come together for an annual Christmas Concert, representing many local churches. Come enjoy your favorite Christmas classics with your family and friends!

Lights Over London features 300 synchronized drones creating a spectacular holiday light show in the sky like nothing you’ve ever seen before! The show offers two viewing times at 7:30 PM and 9:00 PM, with festivities kicking off at Town Center at 6:00 PM. Broad Street will be a prime viewing area, but you can enjoy the show from most locations downtown—just remember the drones will be facing west. Don’t miss this magical holiday experience!
