We are searching for a friendly, out-going Directors Assistant to join our team. Job duties include but not limited to greeting visitors, answering questions regarding local destinations, supplying information such as brochures/maps to guest, answering phone calls, taking messages, organize/restock visitor area, assist in managing social media accounts, assist with events and/or meetings. Qualifications include prior clerical experience, attention to detail, excellent verbal/nonverbal communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Word Press. The position is part time, flexible hours with a requirement to work every other Saturdays and other events as they arise. The position pays $10.50 per hour. Application deadline is April 22, 2022.
